Privacy

• We never ask customers for a name, phone number or account. The order link is secret, encrypted and cannot be guessed.
• If a customer turns on alerts we keep only what is needed to send them (a browser subscription or a Telegram chat id) and delete it as soon as the order is collected or cancelled.
• The display screen shows order numbers only.
• Restaurants keep order numbers and times for statistics, with no personal data.
• Details of restaurants requesting the service (name and phone) are used only to contact them.
